How soon will I hear back?
Within one business day, and usually sooner. Every message and request comes straight to me, so there is no queue to sit in and no assistant to route you.
What is the best way to reach you?

Do I need to know exactly what I want first?
Not at all. A rough idea is plenty. That is what the free consultation is for, we talk it through and I help you figure out the right scope before anything is quoted. If you would rather start on your own, the free estimate walks you through it in about three minutes.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes, and so is the estimate. Both come with no commitment and no sales pressure. If it is a fit we talk next steps; if it is not, you still leave with useful direction. You only pay once you approve a written scope and price.
Do you work with clients outside Idaho?
Absolutely. I am based in Kuna, Idaho but work 100% remotely with businesses across the US. Most of my projects run start to finish without an in-person meeting.
What are your hours?
Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Mountain Time. I am closed on weekends and federal holidays, but messages left then are answered first thing the next business day.
