Why the discount exists
Veterans starting businesses in Idaho deserve a fair shake. The transition from service to business ownership is hard enough without paying agency markups on the website you need to launch. Mountain Home Air Force Base, Gowen Field, and the broader Idaho veteran community produce a steady stream of new business owners, many of whom build careers around skills they developed in service. Supporting that pipeline with discounted professional web work is the right thing to do.
How the discount works
20% off the standard Treasure Valley pricing, on whichever service you’re buying. On the published starting prices, that puts a $1,750 design project at $1,400 and a $4,400 e-commerce build at $3,520. The veteran and active-duty discount doesn’t stack with another standing discount, like the nonprofit rate: whichever single discount is larger applies. It does combine with paying in full. On any project, choosing to pay the full amount up front instead of three monthly payments still earns the 10% pay-in-full reduction on top of your veteran rate, because that’s a reward for paying early, not a second discount competing for the same slot.
Verification is informal: a DD-214, current military ID, or proof of veteran business ownership status is all I need. I check it at intake and apply the discount before sending the quote, not after you’ve paid full price.
The maintenance plan, at the veteran rate
Ongoing care runs $149.99 a month standard, $119.99 a month at the veteran and active-duty rate. That covers backups, WordPress core and plugin updates, security monitoring, uptime alerts, and routine edits to the existing site: swapping a photo, updating hours, fixing something that broke. New pages or new features are quoted separately; the plan is for keeping what you already have accurate and working. Cancel anytime in the client portal, no fee, no call required.
