SEO That Gets You Found,by the People Already Looking.
Technical and on-page SEO that earns durable rankings, no black-hat shortcuts.
Fixed scope at a fixed price, quoted in writing before any work begins. What you approve up front is what you pay.
This is the schedule you can expect, agreed with you before anything starts. Nothing about the timing gets discovered halfway through.
The person who scopes this work is the person who builds it. Nothing is handed to a junior or sent offshore.
The domain, the database, and every file transfer to you at final payment. There is no license to keep paying for and nothing to buy out later.
The Work That Actually Moves the Needle.
- Technical SEO audit and fixes
- On-page optimization (titles, meta, schema)
- Local SEO and Google Business Profile
- Core Web Vitals and page speed
- Keyword research and content guidance
- Ranking and traffic reporting on demand
What SEO Can and Cannot Do.
Most SEO pitches skip this section. It is the most important one, so read it before you spend a dollar with anyone, me included.
Rankings are Google's call, not mine. Anyone promising a specific position is selling you something they cannot deliver. I promise effort and honesty, not magic.
Real SEO compounds slowly. Expect three to six months before meaningful movement, longer in competitive markets. If it happens overnight, it usually will not last.
A plumber in a small town and a lawyer in a big city face totally different odds. I will tell you honestly what is realistic for your business before we start.
Foundations First, Then Momentum.
Full technical + on-page + competitor review.
Keyword targets, content plan, fix list.
Technical fixes, on-page edits, schema, links.
Rankings, traffic, and recommendations, reported on demand.
Realistic Wins, Honestly Measured.
Not more traffic for its own sake. People nearby, actively looking for what you do, landing on a page built to convert them.
Clean, fast, well-structured pages. This helps rankings and it helps every visitor, whether they came from search or not.
No jargon dashboards you will never open. A short monthly summary of what changed and whether it is worth the spend.
Where Rankings Are Won.
Ranking Factors
No silver bullets. Real SEO is the disciplined intersection of four areas, weighted by what your business actually needs.
- Title tags & meta descriptions
- Header structure & keyword targeting
- Image optimization & alt text
- Content quality & intent match
- Earned links & partnerships
- Quality content publishing
- Topic clusters & depth
- No paid links, no PBNs, ever
Questions I Hear a Lot.
How do I rank on Google?
Three big buckets: technical SEO (fast, crawlable, properly tagged site), content (pages that answer what people search for), and authority (other reputable sites linking to you). Local rankings add Google Business Profile and citations. There is no shortcut, but there is a clear roadmap.
How long until I see ranking improvements?
Technical fixes can show movement in 4-8 weeks. Content and authority work compounds over 3-6 months. Anyone promising first-page rankings in 30 days is selling you something that does not last.
Can you guarantee #1 rankings?
No, and neither can anyone else honestly. Google ranks based on hundreds of factors, including ones outside any developer's or agency's control. What I can guarantee is that the SEO fundamentals on your site will be done right.
Do I need monthly SEO or a one-time fix?
Depends. If your site has obvious technical problems, start with a one-time cleanup. If you are in a competitive market and need to keep gaining ground, ongoing monthly SEO makes sense. I will tell you straight which one fits.
Will my site show up in ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI search?
Yes, and the work to get there is the same as ranking on Google. AI tools pull from the same web index. Strong technical SEO, clean schema, and real authority signals make you more likely to be cited. There is no separate AI SEO service worth paying for. The work that ranks you on Google ranks you everywhere else.
What about backlinks?
I focus on earned links: directory citations, partner sites, real PR. No link buying, no PBNs. It is slower but it does not get you penalized when Google updates the algorithm.
Will my Core Web Vitals improve?
Yes. Technical SEO and Core Web Vitals overlap heavily. Image optimization, script deferral, and theme cleanup are part of every engagement.
What is the difference between SEO and PPC ads?
SEO is earning organic rankings: slower to start, but you keep the traffic. PPC is paying for ads: instant traffic, but it stops the moment you stop paying. Most businesses benefit from both.
Are there discounts available?
Yes. 20% off SEO retainers for nonprofits, veterans, and active military.
